WATER STORAGE TANK REFURBISHMENT
After removal of all unsound concrete , cleaning the surfaces and exposing rebar seal cracks as necessary with moisture tolerant Contite PU300/301 structural polyurethane
Coat rebar with Congard ST surface tolerant epoxy coating
Bring back to profile with Conpatch 600 HS high strength>70N/MM2 high build polymer modified repair mortar incorporating a migrating corrosion inhibitor
Failed joints repair with Conflex Band 200mmm wide 2 mm thick embedded in epoxy
Over head repairs to be reprofiled with Conpatch 675
Apply Conpatch NCI migrating corrosion inhibitors to too all areas by spray
Over coat with moisture tolerant Contite CFM highly flexible polymer membrane containing waterproofing by crystallization being crack bridging ,sealing and permanent at 2mm thickness .
