Floor Hardeners

A ready to use economical liquid floor hardener and dust proofer. It impregnates the surface of the concrete causing a reaction between the chemical solution and components of the cement to deposit siliceous materials which close the pores.

As a replacement to traditional shake on monolithic floor hardeners. Providing a hardened dust free surface for new and old concrete floors and granolithic paving.

Depending on the porosity up to 6 m2/litre/coat.

A premixed non metallic floor hardener used to form monolithically hardened concrete floors, provides a hardened abrasion resistant surface and can also be used to inhibit dust formation.

Used to provide a low cost, heavy duty concrete floor subject to heavy loads and traffic e.g. workshops, warehouses, car parks, garages, production areas, hospitals, schools, commercial floors, shopping centres, loading bays, industrial complexes etc.

3 – 5 kg. / m2 for medium to heavy traffic.

A premixed non rusting floor hardener used to form a monolithically hardened concrete floor. It gives an abrasion resistant and hard wearing surface and is applied by shake on methods.

Used to provide a hard wearing abrasion resistant surface. It is an extremely hard chemically inert aggregate based product and provides a non slip surface. Use in loading bays, trucking lanes, car parks, warehouse floors, repair and machine work- shops & production areas.
