FLOORGARD EB

Heavy duty,Epoxy screed

Used to achieve abrasion resistant epoxy floors of  3-40mm. thickness with slip non properties or as  a patching mortar .

Coverage is determined by surface profile , method of application & wastage, as a rule 2 kg of Floorgard EB will provide 1m2 of mortar at 1mm thickness.

FLOORGARD HP

Epoxy floor coating 200 to 600 micron

Use in food and chemical industry, hospitals, schools, kitchen , high traffic applications.

Coverage floors : 5m2 /litre   (3.2 m2/Kg ) per coat on concrete for 200 micron thickness.

FLOORGARD SLT

Self smoothening 1-2 mm epoxy.

for use in a wide range of industrial environment where a lasting solution to floor maintenance problems is required.

1 mm thickness (filler 2):1.o litrem2(1.50 kg/m2)

2 mm thickness (filler 2):2.o litrem2(3.00 kg/m2)

3 mm thickness (filler 3):3.o litrem2(4.50kg/m2)

FLOORGARD N

A Novolak epoxy,every high acid and chemical resistance

An all purpose highly chemical resistant novolac epoxy coating system suitable for a  number of surfaces including concrete, steel.

5 m2 /L /Coat @150 u DFT. Recommended at least 2 Coats i,e 300 u DFT

FLOORGARD MOISTURE BARRIER

Moisture barrier to protect epoxy floors from moisture transmission.

In 2 Coats use as a low water vapour transmission membrane to prevent water  pressure passing through to the internal surface.

Applying 2-3 coats at na average 3.46 m2/kg/coat@150 micron DFT or 3.70 m2/litre/coat@150 micron DFT
