Columns and soffit
Determine areas requiring structural reinforcement with Condur Carbon Fibre fabric or plate
Locate cracks and inject with Contite PUE200/201 moisture tolerant polyurethane resin for durability and to allow crack movement or Contite PUE300/301 moisture tolerant structural polyurethane
Remove un sound concrete back to reinforcement clean up replace as required reinstate back to profile with Conpatch 600HS high strength >70N/MM2, high build polymer modified repair mortar containing a migrating corrosion inhibitor and silica fume
To soffits apply Conpatch 675 to reprofile or in large areas us Conpatch GC .
All areas spray apply Conpatch NCI migrating corrosion inhibitor
Install Condur CF carbon fibre fabric or plate as specified
Repairs in tidal zones to be reprofiled with Conpatch Marine below water level use Congrout UWG
For final protection to all areas apply by spray Contite HHH water repellant and crystalline waterproofing protection or Elastoclad aesthetically pleasing Carbonation coating
