CONFLEX PS

A two parts polysulphide sealant which cures to form a resilient elastic seal. Exhibits excellent adhesion to most surfaces.

Typical applications include movement joints in buildings and civil engineering structures, including floors in factories, hardstands, basements, subways, reservoirs civil engineering structures and industrial complexes.

CONFLEX BS

A hot poured sealant comprising of synthetic rubber, bitumen, resins and chemical additives. The material is to be used in horizontal joints.

Conflex BS is heated into a liquid which will create an effective bond to the concrete preventing the passage of water through the joint.
It is used in horizontal applications for concrete roads, bridges, dams, airport aprons, runways, etc.

Closed cell polyethylene backer rod for joints.

Two component multipurpose flexible epoxy adhesive joint sealant.

Designed for application to minor imperfections from feather edge to 3 mm. and for joint filling.

DESCRIPTION :A 2 component, solvent free, highly flowable, low exotherm epoxy grout with long potlife, no shrinkage & high strength, suitable for use in heavy engineering grouting applications & difficult conditions.

PRINCIPLE USESSuitable for grouting bridge bearing plates, machine bases such as pumps, generators, motors, turbines, compressors, fixing bolts and anchors, crane rail tracks & cavities in concrete etc.

COVERAGE / YIELD :Approx. 2000 kg/ m3

DESCRIPTION :A flowable, 3 component pourable epoxy grout.

PRINCIPLE USESFor grouting bridge bearings, machine bases, fixing bolts & anchors, crane rail tracks, cavities in concrete etc.
