CORMIX INTERNATIONAL LTD is creating a new Waterproofing Division and is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager – Waterproofing to lead its growth across Thailand.

This is more than a sales role — it is an opportunity to build a business. You will be responsible for developing the waterproofing market, establishing long-term customer relationships, shaping the sales strategy and, as the business grows, recruiting and leading your own sales team.

We also welcome applications from Civil Engineers who are looking to move from technical or project roles into a commercial career. If you understand construction and enjoy working with people, this could be the ideal next step.

The Role 

Initially, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop the waterproofing market throughout Thailand.
• Identify and win new business with contractors, applicators, developers, consultants and distributors.
• Promote Cormix's high-performance waterproofing systems.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Develop sales plans and market strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

As the business grows, you will:

• Recruit, train and lead a dedicated waterproofing sales team.
• Develop national sales strategies and regional growth plans.
• Mentor and develop future sales professionals.
• Take a leading commercial role within Cormix Thailand's growing waterproofing business.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, building materials or the construction industry; or
• A degree in Civil Engineering with an interest in transitioning from a technical or project role into a commercial career.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and the drive to grow a business.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel throughout Thailand.
