If you are looking to grow your professional career, are dynamic, self-motivated, and enjoy a challenge, this position may suit you.The RoleReporting to the Operations and Commercial Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:Proactively expand the business foundation further by actively seeking new prospects and opportunities in line with the company goals and strategy.Create new relationships and accounts through a close relationship and understanding of customer needs.Engage, develop and maintain effective business relationships with key persons in the market such as government bodies, project owners, project managers, consulting engineers, contractors and applicators.Deliver the core company values through an understanding of our solutions and portfolio in line with your given strategy focus. In-depth, ongoing training will be provided as required.Work closely with and utilise our support functions (Marketing, Technical and R&D) to ensure sales are in line with the company's strategic direction.Develop the market to achieve the strategy, budgets and margins.QualificationsAt least 8 years' relevant experience with existing contacts in the construction industry or civil engineering function.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.An existing network of connections within the construction industry, including consulting engineers, contractors and applicators.Sales management experience.Solid reporting ability and transparency.Sound MS Office and AI skills.Results-oriented and self-motivated.Fluent English.Apply NowSend your CV and cover letter to:tanalak@cormix.com

Senior R&D Chemist
