Cormix International Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop Thailand's logistics and warehouse concrete repair market and drive new business opportunities.

CORMIX International Ltd is expanding its Infrastructure and Concrete Repair Division and is looking for an ambitious technical sales professional to lead our growth in the logistics and warehouse sector across Thailand.

You will be responsible for developing the logistics facilities repair segment, establishing long-term customer relationships, executing the sales strategy, and driving the specification of our advanced concrete repair products.

 Your Opportunity 

Cormix International is a specialist construction chemicals company based in Thailand, supplying technically advanced products and systems to customers in Thailand and international markets. In this role, you will:

• Develop the concrete repair market within the logistics and warehouse sector throughout Thailand.
  
• Identify and win new business with facility owners, logistics managers, designers, contractors, and applicators.
  
• Promote CORMIX's high-performance concrete repair systems.
  
• Undertake specification selling to ensure CORMIX products are named in Project Specifications, Drawings, and Bills of Quantities for logistics infrastructure.
  
• Provide technical assistance and work closely with Operations departments regarding technical service.
  
• Keep Management informed of major projects, market changes, and competitor activities.

We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in structural maintenance and repair.
• Strong communication, persuasive, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Commercial awareness with the drive to meet agreed sales targets.
  
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
