A concrete admixture for permanent waterproofing & concrete corrosion protection by crystallization. In both liquid & power form.

For all types of waterproofing & concrete corrosion protection. Basements, water tanks, reservoirs, waste water plants, marine structures etc.

CORMIX H2O STOP + CI

A concrete admixture for permanent waterproofing & concrete corrosion protection by crystallization. In both liquid & power form.In addition reinforcing steel is protected from corrosion by the addition of a corrosion inhibitor.

For all types of waterproofing & concrete corrosion protection. Basements, water tanks, roofs,reservoirs, waste water plants, marine structures etc.

CORMIX W1

Retarding and plasticising waterproofer (ASTM C494, Type A and BSEN 934-2).

CORROSION INHIBITOR
CORMIX CI

Corrosion inhibiting concrete and mortar admixture.

Used in concrete in all areas where the reinforcement is in risk of corrosion.

0.6-1.2 litre / cubic metre depending on severity of corrosive environment.

ADMIXTURES FOR READY MIX CONCRETE
CORMIX R1

A liquid concrete retarding plasticiser which complies to ASTM C494, Type B&D and BSEN 934-2.

A retarder for R.M.C., infrastructure projects, long lasting control of slump loss, RCC etc.

0.2-0.5 litre per 100 kg of total cementitious material.

CORMIX P2

A ready to use set retarding & water reducing stabilizer used to control setting times of concrete or cement based grouts. Complies to ASTM C494, Type B and BSEN 934-2.

For use in large continuous pours, where cold joints are anticipated, in under water concreting, for hot weather concreting and in tunnel cavity grouting.

0.3-0.7 litre per 100 kg of total cementitious material.

CORMIX PC707

A new generation plasticizing admixture base on modified polycarboxylate polymer. Complies with ASTM C949, Type A&D and BSEN 934-2.

Used in ready mix concrete where high slump retention is required in hot weather conditions, where fines are high in concrete mix design, etc. It can be used with durable concrete containing fly ash, slag, micro silica, etc.

0.3-1.0 litre per 100 kg of total cementitious material.

CORMIX SP4

A versatile product specifically designed for producing free flowing concrete in hot climates. A substantial water reducing agent for promoting early and ultimate strengths. (ASTM C494, Type A, D&G and BSEN 934-2).

For ready mix concrete and large pours with long lasting slump retention.

0.5-2.0 litre per 100 kg of total cementitious material.

CONGROUT AID

A powder admixture used to produce non shrink concrete.

For all cementitious mixes where restrained expansion required. Improves flow, cohesiveness and prevents shrinkage.

5-10% by weight of cement.

CORMIX SF1

An ultrafine spherical, high performance super reactive pozzolanic mineral additive conforming to ASTM C1240 definitions.

For dense, durable, watertight & high strength concrete. Use in shotcrete to reduce rebound, decrease permeability and improve strengths.

2-15% by weight of cement.

CORMIX VE

A rheology modifying concrete admixture designed for use with self-compacting concrete.

Used in conjunction with concrete admixture to produce a stable self compacting concrete.

0.05 litre per 100 kg of total cementitious material is recommended.

CONAIR

A liquid air entraining agent for use in concrete and mortar mixes. Conair complies with ASTM C260-81 for air entraining admixtures.

It is used to improve the workability, cohesion, and durability of concrete and mortar by the entrainment of minute air bubbles of controlled size and spacing, uniformly distributed throughout the mix.

0.03-0.2 litre per 100 kg of total cementitious material.

ADMIXTURE FOR PRECAST CONCRETE
CORMIX SP1

A high performance Sodium Napthalene based superplasticiser. Complies with ASTM C494, Type A&F and BSEN 934-2.

For flowing concrete, precast and high strength concrete.

0.5-3.0 litre per 100 kg of total cementitious material.

CORMIX SP1/A

A highly effective water reducing superplasticizer, an extremely powerful deflocculating agent, it operates by dispersing cement in to its primary particles which dramatically increases the flow characteristics of the cement paste. Complies with ASTM C494 and EN 934-2 Table 7, Type A and F.

Used to produce flowing concrete with high early & ultimate strength or in the production of precast concrete that requires substantial water reductions and very high early strengths. Large cement saving possible in precast concrete.

1.0 – 3.0 litre per 100 kg of total cementitious material.

CORMIX SP1/B

A highly effective water reducing superplasticiser and an extremely powerful de-flocculating agent, it operates by dispersing cement in to its primary particles which dramatically increases the flow characteristics of the cement paste. Complies with ASTM Type A&F and BSEN 934-2.

For using both in precast concrete & R.M.C. applications. Uses include to produce flowing concrete in congested areas, slabs and foundations, large pours, beams, columns and precast elements.
